I like to be surrounded by the extraordinary. My thought is if you are going to own a cat, why not something special, even Exotic. Persians and Exotic Shorthairs are all the above. Beautiful, Charming, Endearing. Honestly not everyone gets it until they see one of these cats in person. I promise you every guest you get from now on will say "What kind of beautiful cat is that?"
Education:
I have been raising kittens my entire life. My career has been selling products to veterinarians, and I am trained in bacteriology and genetics. This has put me in a unique niche of really understanding the science and health issues involved when breeding good healthy animals.
I am thrilled by producing a kitten at the top of their class in health, aesthetics, and acclimated to real life. My focus is always on health first, but I believe it is important to socialize our kittens and cats. They are beloved and indulged pets first.
Testing and Cat Shows
All our cats or their direct lineage are tested for PKD. Also all cats are FELV and FIV negative. I am doing some heart screens on 2 year old breeders, I am still in the phase of evaluating the issues involved with my breeding stock.
As for CFA Cat Shows. It is my intention to compete whenever I can. It is one way to get an opinion on our breeding goals conforming perfectly to the CFA standards.
